Yes! Aluminum is one of our specialties. Every aluminum piece goes through a 3-stage acid wash to guarantee strong adhesion and a flawless finish.

Unfortunately, no. Powder coating is designed for metal, so any plastic parts should be removed before coating.

Our high-capacity oven can accommodate larger items such as 4 seat SxS and Sprint Car frames, some gates, machinery, and other oversized items—giving you more flexibility for big or custom projects.

Due to the methods of production and materials used, it is not always possible to exactly match liquid paint and powder coat finishes although we do strive to come as close as possible using the pre-formulated powders available. Custom Mix Color matching services are available from some manufacturers. However, it is cost prohibitive in most cases unless there is a need for a large amount of materials (typically 50lbs or greater).

Yes, please bring items free of dirt, mud, and grease. To save additional labor costs, any assemblies should be disassembled with all bearings, bushings, and/or any other portion that would not withstand approx. 450 degrees for an extended period of time during curing. Especially when dropping off car parts.

Most projects are completed in 7-10 days, depending on the size of the job and the current workload in the shop at the time of drop-off. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your finished product.
